The inspiration for my work is from within. I try to trust and stay open as I paint so that what is inside can flow through onto the canvas. I am always curious to see how a painting will end up and to discover what was meaningful to me on any given day of working on a piece.

The inspiration for my work is from within. I try to trust and stay open as I paint so that what is inside can flow through onto the canvas. I use acrylic on canvas and on paper with a variety of brushes. The paper pieces are float mounted on mat board and framed behind plexiglass.
