ABOUT THE ARTIST
I received a BFA in fine art photography and art history. The only classrooms I did not enter in university were the painting studios. After graduating I dedicated my time to teaching myself how to paint in encaustic.
ABOUT THE ART
I work intuitively w oils, acrylics, marble dust & gold leaf. With lyrical scrawls, gouges & repetitive mark making, my work references the realms of nature, spirituality & visceral sensation.
