ABOUT THE ARTIST
In my sculpture, I attempt to reflect on the essence of what makes us human. To me, this is a realm that resembles a magic kaleidoscope of feeling and emotion. It is the beauty, wonder, struggle, playfulness and connection that make up the comedy and drama of the human experience.
ABOUT THE ART
Originally, an inspiration is made into a small clay "sketch" to help convey the idea. Upon work and reflection, will create a larger more tactile clay form for the casting process. Using the "lost wax" method I will take a mold of the sculpture and cast it into bronze ready for the patina.
