ABOUT THE ARTIST
Gabel began his artistry at a young age drawing from nature and fantasy. After formal education at The School of Visual Arts, he has pursued several avenues of the visual arts. They include illustration, fine art commissions, and painting on a team with Jeff Koons on his "Celebration Series".
ABOUT THE ART
The most important aspect of my art is that I work from my thoughts. The process is a challenging myriad of techniques. Using various mediums and materials, my palette is created, cut, inlaid, and glued. Throughout the lengthy process, I cherish each unique step and its evolving direction.
