ABOUT THE ARTIST
We are a husband and wife team that create mixed media works and collages using found vintage books, maps, tickets and old photos gathered from our travels. The subjects of our collages can vary from a nest to a classic piece of clothing.
ABOUT THE ART
Hundreds of individually hand cut vintage photos & papers on a wooden panel with acrylic paint. The idea for our nest collages was sparked from a bird's nest in our backyard that had a bit of plastic shopping bag weaved into the nest. The lightbulb went off, just copy what the bird's do!
