ABOUT THE ARTIST

Hiromi is a Japanese Traditional Painter, who studied for her BFA in Tokyo before coming to the United States to study for her MFA. Hiromi uses traditional Japanese techniques and materials to create abstract imagery founded in a connection to nature.

Hiromi's art work shares our human connectedness with nature. Focussing on cherry blossoms and their Japanese cultural significance, Hiromi creates impressionistic imagery that weaves her cultural foundation into her delightful art works with a hope of bringing joy to all observers of her work.
