I'm an urban landscape painter who prefers to paint gritty alleys and rundown row homes. My work is messy, drippy, & imperfect.
I work in oil on top of newspaper covered canvas because I like the noise and chatter the layer of newspaper creates in the background...much like the cities I paint.
