ABOUT THE ARTIST
Each piece is as diverse and distinct as the intricate array of materials that accumulate in my studio. Silk screens—crafted from the actual screen material—blend harmoniously with acrylic paints, oil pastels, small drawings, poetry, and found objects, all meticulously incorporated into each artwork. This culmination of various disciplines throughout my lifetime finds a new way to present itself. My inspiration for these pieces started during Covid when I couldn’t get materials and I began deconstructing pieces stacked in my studio and combining them with recycled items from my barn.
ABOUT THE ART
Collages of multiple bodies of work were a long time coming. Each piece is as different and diverse as the complex stacks of work that accumulate in my studio.
