I am interested in so many things as an artist, landscapes, animals, farms, nautical, still life, but the common theme amongst my work is light. I am drawn to light, first a foremost
ABOUT THE ART
After deciding on a composition, I apply a toning layer to either a canvas or linen surface. I work with charcoal or graphite to draw my subject and then use a fixative to keep the drawing intact before painting with oil colors.
