ABOUT THE ARTIST
I paint domestic spaces because it provides an opportunity to paint geometric shapes, organic shapes, and pattern. I use watercolor and acrylic paint, which is an unusual way of working. Some techniques are only possible in the early stages of a painting, while others are only possible at the end.
ABOUT THE ART
My paintings are made with a combination of watercolor (pencils, sticks, and watercolors in pans) and acrylic (acrylic paint markers and acrylic in pans). They are made on panel and are hand-cradled.
