ABOUT THE ARTIST
I'm inspired by colorful compositions and enjoy doing traditional still lifes with fruit, glass, and fabric. Recently I've been exploring favorite snacks and incorporating my wrinkles I do in fabric to the wrinkles in the snack bag. Something unique is that I use a singular small brush for my painting no matter the size of the canvas.
ABOUT THE ART
I begin by sketching onto the canvas then locking it in with a light acrylic wash. Then I use oil paint with a small brush and paint object by object with the background being the last I do. Then I paint my edges black and sign the piece.
