ABOUT THE ARTIST
The inspiration for my work is from within. I try to trust and stay open as I create so that what is inside can flow through onto the paper. I am always curious to see how the artwork will end up and to discover what was meaningful to me on any given day of working on a piece.
ABOUT THE ART
My process is spontaneous and intuitive. My mixed media works consist of acrylic, pastel, charcoal, graphite, and/or mica flake and are applied by hand or using a variety of brushes on a watercolor paper. Artworks are float mounted on mat board and framed in white behind plexiglass.
