Working with encaustic and drawing upon my background in graphic design, I merge a variety of techniques to create art that feels transformative. My dedication to pointillism- meticulously applying dots of pigment wax with a wax stylus-produces intricate textures that call to mind the delicate craftsmanship of needlepoint, while also conveying a dynamic energy.
