ABOUT THE ARTIST
I am inspired by travel. Seeing a place with fresh eyes, whether that's a new place or one I have been before. Listening, smelling, feeling and truly seeing a place. I collect maps and unique items to use as paintbrushes while I am there.
ABOUT THE ART
I create my work using maps of my travels as a canvas mounted to a wood art board and found objects from those places as paintbrushes. My brushes have been everything from a stone to a metro card.
