ABOUT THE ART
Based in Western Massachusetts, my work explores landscapes, weaving architecture and nature with paint, graphite and paper on canvas. This unique fusion is an exploration of belonging and change, and how the human experience and nature overlap.
ABOUT THE ARTIST
Landscapes where architecture and nature meet — Working primarily in acrylic, I weave in other materials such as graphite drawings to create layered, tactile surfaces. These elements become the topography of the painting — ridges, valleys, and traces that shift the imagery as light moves across the surface. Through this layering, I hope to inspire a renewed connection to the local — to the beauty found in the spaces we inhabit, yet so often overlook.
