layered oil paint exploring tensions and harmonies between abstract and representational painting

ABOUT THE ARTIST

There is tension in between movements found in the action of a figure. I love to try and capture those stuck moments in time. Oil paint helps me to express that tension and movement at the same time in a balance of orchestrated chaos without truly being convinced of how it will finish. Risk inspires.
