About the ART

Reinforced hydraulic cement is sculpted over a welded steel armature to form the figure. Bowls and accessories are shaped from aluminum. Surfaces are finished with bronze or copper cold coating, chemically patinated to develop color and depth, then sealed with a protective clear coat.

About the ARTIST

I am a sculptor exploring the intersection of humanity and the living world. My Rootmind sculptures imagine a future lifeform emerging from the earth after us—part botanical, part human. Built on welded steel armatures and sculpted with reinforced hydraulic cement, the forms grow like organic structures. Patinas and metal coatings create depth and character. Through these works, I reflect on balance, care, and our relationship with the systems that sustain life.
