About the ART
About the ARTIST

I create intaglio etchings and cut them out with a saw. When printed, the etchings are embossed into the paper. After printing I paint, draw, stitch, collage, and gold leaf on my work.

My process is quite unique as I start with a traditional intaglio process but then saw out my plates with a jewelers saw, making them uniquely shaped. Rather than editioning my printed etchings, I then saw paint and draw on my pieces to tell a different story each time, making each work completely unique. I’m inspired by my parenting journey as well as larger issues such as climate change.
