Inspired by Netherlandish still life painters I use similar techniques, subject matter and color pallet. Thin, often translucent layers of oil are built one upon the other creating vibrancy and depth.

About the ARTIST
I am a self taught artist inspired by the 16th and 17th century Dutch artists. Using traditional techniques, I create florals and still life paintings reminiscent of the old world, but with a relevance for today’s viewers.
