ABOUT THE ARTIST
One can find a variety of endangered and extinct flora and fauna in my work. I am often inspired by the artworks of Audubon, Merian and Gould. A Chinoiserie influence frequently finds its way into my work. I paint with a loose layered hand and finish each piece with intricate hand painted details.
ABOUT THE ART
My preferred medium is acrylic mixed with matte medium. I typically work on canvas but sometimes wood panels.
