I enjoy working intuitively and watching each piece unfold, as fresh to me as to the viewer. My palette is influenced by travel and always anchored by the sunshiny, vibrant, seaside hues of my Florida home.
ABOUT THE ART
Abstract, non-representational oil paintings. I select a palette, often influenced by the colors of life on the road. My compositions unfold intuitively as I apply and manipulate multiple layers of oils. I blend the paint wet-on-wet with a unique mixture of 3 oils then add charcoal/pastel markings.
