ABOUT THE ARTIST
I use oil pastels and oil paint to render mostly water and water related images. I've always been interested in virtual and actual texture, and my media choices allow me to employ drawing techniques as well as the richness of color.

These mixed-media pieces are oil paint and oil pastel on canvas. Generally, the work starts with thin layers of oil paint, and subsequent layers of oil pastels, adding drawing elements and texture.
