ABOUT THE ARTIST
When I paint, the image has to do with mood, ideas, and design, all more ethereal than realistic. It has to gently reminds me of the importance of tranquility. The painting presents a sense of place that evokes the view’s memories or yearnings based on past experiences. I paint with painting knife.
ABOUT THE ART
I paint most of my paintings in my studio. I use a knife to paint many layers to create the heavy texture on the surface. The medium is oil on the board or canvas.
