I'm lucky enough to live in my great grandmothers house, on our 200 acre family farm. The light in our quiet neck of the woods, along with the animals that surround us, infinitely inspires my work. As our surrounding region continues to grow, I aim to capture a simpler way of life.
ABOUT THE ART
Oil on canvas landscape paintings of rural Virginia. Inspiration stems from the artist's generational family farm, and its peaceful animal neighbors.
There's an emphasis on capturing light, along with a vibrant color palette. Pieces are completed in 1-2 sittings, with brush and knife.
