I am inspired by the beauty of nature, and the beauty of my imagined abstractions that visually describe what I think and feel without words. My original layering technique on silk is complex, and it perfectly communicates the complexity both nature, and my inner nature.
ABOUT THE ART
I paint rich, lyrical florals & abstracts on silk, inspired by nature & by my own inner visions. I use wax, silk dyes, acrylics & a variety of silk surfaces. I created a layering technique, unique to my work, that adds movement & 3-dimensionality to my images & captures the viewer's imagination.
