Our application process has been streamlined to make it easier for everyone.

ZAPPlication is the on-line management system

that we use for all artists. It provides guidelines for eligibility and answers to many FAQ's.

The application for our June 2025 show is now OPEN.  Deadline: MARCH 19th

DEADLINES:

June 2025 Application: March 19

ELIGIBILITY:  

All college level, currently enrolled, full-time art students are welcome to apply.

 

APPLICATION:  

Submitting an application does not guarantee a space.

 

Be sure to submit good quality images of your work with your application.  

 

PAYMENT:

Once accepted into the show, you will be responsible for the $60 booth space fee.  

 

A Paypal link will be emailed to you.

This is an ORIGINALS ONLY fine art show. No reproductions of any kind are acceptable for display, sale or promotion. No functional art, vases, bowls, posters, note cards, books, calendars, photography, clothing, computer generated, or digital art may be shown, sold or promoted.

If invited to the show, you will be given a 10x10 space to display your work.  You are responsible for a crowd-proof and weatherproof display and setup of that space, which includes 40lbs of weights on each corner of your display.

If accepted,  you will be asked to participate in a mandatory conference call to review expectations and answer any questions you may have.
