ABOUT THE ART

Each piece begins as a grid base drawing. After working out the color scheme, the drawing is transferred to a prepared panel with drafting instruments. Each shape is then individually painted with acrylic paint using a stencil technique i have developed. I make my own frames.

I like brightly colored geometric shapes that coalesce into situations, games, or riddles.
