ABOUT THE ARTIST
I'm a lifetime member of the Nature Printing Society and I've learned many of my techniques from NPS workshops where I've taken classes and have taught beginner and advanced fish printing.
ABOUT THE ART
I make prints of fish using oil based relief printing ink on rice paper that I have dyed with a water based fabric dye. I wet mount the paper to another piece of paper using wheat paste or to a wood panel using matte medium. Finally, I color the eyes using colored pencil and acrylic ink.
